Co-Owner, President

Endur’s Glorious Leader, started his career path in 1991 and quickly became a Project Manager in 1995. He was a steady leader in the Project Management role until he was promoted to the Vice President of Operations in 2013. In 2016, he and a few other investors decided to forge their own path and open their own Mechanical Contracting Company.

Site Superintendent, Co-Owner

Our longest tenured and most experienced member, Chuck began his career in the industry in 1980. He became a project superintendent in 1986 and continued being a successful superintendent up until 2016, where he helped co-found Endur Contractors and also took on the role of Director of Safety.

Operations Manager

Our Operations Manager and Master Plumber. Andrew began his career in 2003, as an apprentice plumber and worked his way to superintendent by 2014. From 2015-2022 he was the Lead Estimator for Endur until he became the Operations Manager in 2023.

Superintendent

One of Endur’s Project Superintendents, Oly started his trade career in 2010. In 2017, he started as a foreman for Endur and quickly became a staple in our success and by 2019 promoted to Superintendent.

Project Manager

Jeff began his career in 2001, becoming proficient in multiple trades in construction. He worked his way to become a Superintendent in 2010 and transitioned to be superintendent for Endur in 2017. He is a cornerstone of the current operation of Endur Contractors and is the current General Superintendent for us.

Project Manager

Endur’s newest project manager began his career in the early 90’s as a plumbing apprentice. With over 30 years in the industry and 22+ years in Project Management/Estimating. He plays a vital role in the procurement and execution of our projects to ensure they come in safe, on time, and under budget.
